Multiple Brands

With wholesale as the heart of the business, the owner has been developing a reputation for custom jewelry and wanted to incorporate a 2nd brand while still keeping some distinction between the companies.

Online Catalog

The wholesale portion of the business needed to focus on product, and at the direction of the owner the site should be considered an online catalog. Each product, along with images and title were to be included with no ability to purchase online, and no credential requirements.

Enhanced Media Capabilities

After 15 years with their previous site, evolving media demands and the addition of a 360-degree jewelry video system necessitated a robust hosting upgrade. The new infrastructure would need to support high-resolution product visualization while maintaining fast load times for an optimal customer experience.

Mobile Responsive

With over 50% of today's web traffic coming from mobile devices, the site demanded a responsive redesign to ensure an optimal shopping experience across all screens, from smartphones to tablets to desktops.

Custom Content Management System

The client's growing jewelry inventory and new 360-degree video capabilities required a specialized content management system. The custom CMS would need to efficiently handle both traditional product details and rich media assets, while simplifying the process of updating hundreds of unique pieces in their collection.

The approach.

By implementing a modern framework and leveraging cloud management systems, I created a scalable infrastructure

The results.

The result is a user-friendly website that facilitates easy access to both wholesale and custom offerings, improving overall performance and providing a streamlined experience for customers browsing the online catalog

The need.

After speaking with the owner it was clear there were many areas of need, understanding each was paramount to prioritize development
